The Brief:

Specialists in out-of-home food service and active in all catering and hospitality related segments, Newrest is unique and in a league of its own. Operational in 49 countries worldwide, we were keen to work alongside them in creating a dining space that fit their requirement here in the UK.

The Newrest vision for catering is exemplary and we knew that this needed to be reflected within their requirements for the project.

Requirements:

To design and install bespoke canteen seating for up to 90 individuals. The fast food style seating needed to be deigned with function and practicality in mind whilst maximising the potential of the space available. Additionally, the seating colourways needed to be designed in line with the company’s corporate branding style.

The Solution:

Our solution was to provide personalised, quality fast food style seating suitable for a high turnover of users. The tables and seating needed to be designed to allow for easy cleaning and have multi-angled access points for users.

• Our specialist canteen fit out team assessed the potential of the space and later worked with our in-house design team to develop proposals for optimal seating opportunities and suggested colourways.

• Fabric types and stitching methods were put to the client to reflect the high end feel to what is a fast-paced eating environment, reflecting the quality and the brand.

• Project designs were put to the client and approved for manufacture.

• Specialist installers worked onsite to seamlessly erect the seating in line with the timescales set by the client.

The result of this project fully reflects the corporate identity and high standards that the company upholds. The resulting dining experience is sophisticated and stylish yet allows function and practicality to prevail in a comfortable setting.
